Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all services offered by Nikhil Kulkarni / NBK Trainings and Consultancy — including corporate finance training programs, Virtual CFO retainer services, and CA compliance services. Please read this policy carefully before confirming any engagement.

2. Corporate Training Programs

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation 15 or more days before the scheduled training date — full refund or rescheduling at no charge
  • Cancellation 7 to 14 days before the scheduled date — 50% of the agreed fee is payable; balance refunded
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled date — full fee is payable; no refund
  • Rescheduling (not cancellation) is permitted once at no charge with a minimum of 7 days notice

Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a confirmed training program due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or a mutually agreed alternative date.

3. Virtual CFO Retainer Services

  • Retainer engagements require a minimum commitment of 6 months as stated in the service agreement
  • Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice after the minimum period
  • Fees paid for work already delivered are non-refundable
  • Advance retainer fees for the current month are non-refundable once the month has commenced

4. CA & Compliance Services

  • Fees for completed filings, returns, or submissions are non-refundable
  • If work has not commenced and the engagement is cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, a full refund will be issued
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where work is incomplete and both parties agree

5. Digital Products & Content

Any digital products, templates, or downloadable resources purchased through this website are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, given their digital nature.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email us at nikhil@yourhappinesspartner.in with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Nature of the service engaged
  • Date of payment and amount
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved in good faith. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
